In Carly’s role as President of Vantage Healthcare of Ohio (VHO), she is responsible for the overall leadership and management of VHO, consistent with the organization’s mission and vision, including:
- Development and implementation of a strategic plan as directed and approved by the VHO Board of Directors;
- Fostering relationships and working with organizations inside and outside the current market region on new partnerships that align with the VHO vision.
- Oversight, negotiation and contract management for shared savings across member hospitals;
- Business development and growth of VHO that aligns with identified strategic priorities;
- Relationship development and management between VHO and SHO;
- State and federal advocacy around legislation that impacts VHO hospitals
This position ensures a successful implementation of the VHO strategic and operational plans approved by the Board of Directors.
